The Control Room is where staff oversees the narratives happening in Westworld. They are able to operate and change things to their desire, and can also add special effects for guests or jam Hosts' weapons in cases where things become too unruly.
Sometimes Westworld staff have to physically control a situation. Before they are able to, they must undergo Control Room Staff Training. Elsie Hughes and Ashley Stubbs have been seen actually going into Westworld to either find a rogue Host or take control of a situation.
